What is the Online Services for Providers?

These pages provide the following online services:

Payments

Ability for providers/carers to view previous payments as well as next pending payment. Also, the ability to view and download payment advice/remittance.

Expense Claims

Enable foster carers to make claims for mileage, training and other agreed expenses. Carers will also be able to view previous claims made and the status of the claim.

Invoices

For providers that send in invoices to the Council, there will be the facility to submit invoices directly to the payments system to enable payments to be processed more efficiently.

Placement Data

Ability for providers/carers to view existing and previous placements details. This includes the start date, end date and weekly cost.
